Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data Roi Apps LLC collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers this website and the Beto apps (web, iOS and Android). We wrote it to be read, not skimmed: if anything is unclear, write to us and we will explain.

This website
This website is informational. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, requested page, browser type, time of the request) for security and to keep the site running; they are deleted automatically after a short period. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to serve the font files.
What Beto collects and why
An email address is required to create a Beto account. Your name is optional. Everything else below exists to run the product you asked for.

Sign in with Google or Apple
If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive only your account identifier, your email address and, where provided, your name and profile picture. We use them to create your account and sign you in, nothing else. Beto’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Who we share data with
Only with providers that work for us under contract and follow our instructions: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Fly.io and Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Anthropic and OpenRouter (AI models that generate Beto’s answers). OpenRouter may forward your question to other AI model providers to generate the answer. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.
International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers operate in the United States and the European Union. Where data about people in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland leaves those regions, we rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Brazil, California and other places with privacy laws have these rights by law; we extend them to everyone. To exercise them, write to contact@betyon.app. We reply within one month at the latest, and we never discriminate against you for exercising a right. You can also delete your account from inside the app.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access inside the company is limited to the people who need it to do their job, and sign-in to Beto never relies on a password stored by us.
Adults only
Beto is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page is updated. For changes that affect what we do with your data, we also tell you inside the app or by email.
