Terms of service
These terms govern your use of this website and of Beto, the soccer statistics AI agent made by Roi Apps LLC (“Roi Apps”, “we”). By using the website or creating a Beto account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Beto provides soccer statistics, match data, news and AI-generated analysis built from that data. It is an information product. Beto does not accept, hold or move money on your behalf, and it is not affiliated with any club, league or federation.
Who can use Beto
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in codes and trusted devices to yourself and for everything done through your account.
Subscriptions
Some features of Beto require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods and what each plan includes are shown before you pay. Subscriptions bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and managed by that store under its terms, including renewal and refunds. Subscriptions bought on the web are billed by our payment provider and renew automatically until you cancel, which you can do at any time from your account; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Where the law gives you a right to withdraw or a refund, we honor it.
Information, not advice
Beto’s statistics and analysis are provided for information and entertainment. We work hard on accuracy, but data can be late, incomplete or wrong, and AI-generated text can contain mistakes. We make no promise about any outcome, and any decision you take based on what Beto shows you is yours alone.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to break the law or to harm others.
- Do not try to break into, overload or reverse engineer the service.
- Do not scrape, resell or redistribute Beto’s data or answers without our written permission.
- Do not share your account or create accounts for other people.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Intellectual property
The service, its software, design, name and mascot belong to Roi Apps LLC. Match data and news come from licensed providers and remain theirs. You may use what Beto shows you for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
Your content
What you write to Beto stays yours. You give us permission to process it to answer you and to improve the service, as described in our privacy policy.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the same extent, Roi Apps LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from inside the app. We can suspend or end the service, or your access to it, if you break these terms or if we discontinue the product; in that case we tell you with reasonable notice where possible.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer law of your country of residence gives you additional protection. Disputes are heard by the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless that law entitles you to a court closer to home.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page is updated. For changes that materially affect you, we also tell you inside the app or by email before they take effect.
